MYRLAN

Myrlan is the name given to the western portion of the continent by its founding settlers. It comes from the Hagmyrish words ‘myr’, meaning bog or wetland, and ‘lan’, the word for a portion of land. Though no name exists for it in Myr - the language spoken in Myrlan, the Hagmyrish refer to the whole continent as Jatmarr, simply meaning ‘earth’.
